We want to give everyone an update on the back office. We have completed the testing for the merchant services and package options. There is only one remaining issue that we ran into today with the merchant processor, not the Xennsoft programming. We are looking to have this resolved on Monday and will post another notification as soon as this is complete.

About Autoship:

 

One of the requirements to earn commissions in Global Verge is that e-Associates remain “Active.” And the best way to remain “Active” is to enrol in the Global Verge Autoship Program with one of the 3 monthly packages.

 

The current product and services of the 3 packages are listed. As we move forward there will be more choices included in the Global Verge Plans. It’s possible to Activate your position now, and Ally and I followed through the process in order to be your guinea pigs.

 

You may wait until Launch when you will have your Affiliate Website.

But for anyone who can’t wait these are the Instructions.  

 

1. Login to your Global Verge Back Office at www.mygvoffice.com 

2. Click on “Manage Autoship” under Quick Links in the left hand side Menu.  

3. Click on the bottom button “Enrol Now”

4. Type in “1” in the empty box of the Plan that you wish to upgrade to.

5. Click on the bottom button “Next”

6 Fill out the personal details on the Form provided .. Click on the bottom button “Next”

7. Fill out the Credit Card details on the Form provided .. Click on the bottom button “Next”

 

Remember  .. You may change or cancel your Plan on Autoship at any time.

 

The Global Verge Genealogy Tree

 

You can see your Genealogy by clicking on “View my Tree” Click on the arrow circle of “Show Levels” and you can change the Level number. And use the Search Bar to locate anyone in your Genealogy .. When their ID and name come up, you can click on these details and their line of sponsorship will also appear. GREAT tool.

 

If you have a large Genealogy, all your ‘little figures’ representing positions in your matrix may not fit on the screen. To move the entire tree, do a left mouse click on a space in-between the figures .. Hold and drag.

 

If you do a right mouse click you can zoom in to the figures. If you click on any of them you’ll see that they have a pulsing heart and the details of their position will appear at the top of the screen.

 

Just a few more details that may help in selecting the Plan to upgrade to.

 

Anyone who signs up for the $9.99 per month Introductory/RETAIL Plan will NOT have a replicated Website. However they will be able to login and see their sales and commissions at www.mygvoffice.com

 

This site is being used temporarily to see parts of our Back Office. In the future, Introduction/Retail Plan members will not have the “View my Tree” or anything in their Back Office connected to the “HUB” Marketing aspect of building a residual income.

 

Anyone who decides to either upgrade from the Introduction/Retail Plan or come in as an e-Associate will have a replicated Website.

 

In order to be Active in the 3×9 Freedom Plan Matrix you need to upgrade to at least the Basic Package. Study the products and Compensation Plan of each package and then decide what is right for you.

For many (good) reasons Global Verge has been very slow in it’s evolution, but what we will have now will leave every other program or so called “business opportunity” so far behind.

 

It’s not going to take people very long now to understand the HUGE differences between the average short-lived  “on-line program” and a membership company with a corporation that has the legal structure in place to integrate multiple WORTH WHILE Products and Services into the one Compensation Plan.

 

Combining MLM and Retail Sales has truly never been done before .. Most MLM companies base their plans on one product or range of products and commissions. 

 

NEW International Law requires that 50% of commissions of MLM companies be based on Retail sales (Instead of commissions mainly coming from the membership fees .. look around and compare!)

 

Now that this law IS being enforced we are just on the edge of seeing many crack-downs on bogus MLMs. Just this week 4 MLM companies were closed because they didn’t comply to these new standards. Mark foresaw and took the extra measures to be prepared for when this would happen. As a result Global Verge will THRIVE amidst all the predicted upheavals in the industry.

 

In this time of great uncertainty, many more people (including Leaders of failing MLMs etc) are expected to turn to Global Verge, knowing it will be a solid and long lived company.

 

As an example I received this from an associate just a few days ago:

 

“While I am not pleased to be the bearer of bad news I cannot say that I am surprised to see the following message at the ASD website.

“Upon direction from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Columbia, ASD will not be able to move funds into company accounts, or out of them. We will work to resolve this problem, and return to normal operation, as soon as we are permitted to do so.” ASD Management.

I certainly hope that they do return to normal operations but such a scenario is highly unlikely.

However, I did have 2 main concerns.

1. I never saw anything to indicate that they had viable investments to fuel the payments to members.

2. I questioned whether or not they were properly structured. Apparently they were not.

I believe the same fate will befall any program which attracts tens of thousands of members. The fact that they were staging rallies at major cities probably was not a good idea either.”

 

Folks we watched people flocking to ASD and felt that this scenario was totally predictable. And is precisely the reason why we have given so much of our time and energy over the past 3 years to support the evolution of Global Verge.

 

Global Verge is the FIRST company that has been able to legally structure a combination of MLM with Retail sales and have now successfully programmed the back office structure that will be enable them to add the most advanced and sought after products to their itinerary, all within 24-48 hours.

Global Verge and their UNIQUE Business Model

People who have been working on-line for many years are asking me why should Global Verge be any different to all the other companies and programs that they have seen come and go.

 

I can tell you that there is one very simple answer .. The Global Verge Philosophy and consequently their Business Model.

 

Mark continues to talk to people who are very impressed with the Global Verge philosophy and business model and as a result become very enthused about bringing their own products to the Global Verge membership.

 

Products will always come and go but the fundamental philosophy of Global Verge and the overall mechanism that is now in place will remain constant and this will ensure membership retention and longevity.

Mark reported that with the support of some very big investors, he has been making really good progress on the Australian warehousing facilities for the Air2Water and Pow-R-Save products.

Global Verge doesn’t focus on just one product (no matter how essential or cutting edge it may be) because as Mark said on today’s call, they could have the most advanced technology for Air2Water products today and tomorrow someone may come up with a mousetrap that everyone wants .. So they need to be that flexible to be able to accommodate all the UNFORESEEN circumstances that would lead to the need for new products/services .

 

Global Verge will now have the system to incorporate different products/different companies/different pay structures ALL into the ONE PAYPLAN. Maybe it’s not a totally new concept .. But NO-ONE has actually been able to DO IT before .. So it is TOTALLY NEW.

But it is not advisable for a person to sleep with an unplugged electric blanket, or live near a Powerline/Substation or sleep in a room where the power enters the entire home .. all cases of chronic exposure to EMFs which unfortunately apply to millions of people all around the globe.

 

EPA’s advices people to practice “prudent avoidance” eg “Rearrange your office and home area so that you are not exposed to EMFs from the sides/backs of electric appliances and computers. In the home, it is best that all major electrical appliances, such as computers, TVs, refrigerators etc, be placed up against outside walls. That way you are not creating an EMF field in the adjoining room.”

 

Can electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from power lines, home wiring, airport and military radar, substations, transformers, computers and appliances cause brain tumors, leukemia, birth defects, miscarriages, chronic fatigue, headaches, cataracts, heart problems, stress, nausea, chest pain, forgetfulness, cancer and other health problems? Dr. David Carpenter, Dean at the School of Public Health, State University of New York believes it is likely that up to 30% of all childhood cancers come from exposure to EMFs.

 

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) warns “There is reason for concern” and advises prudent avoidance.”

 

Martin Halper, the EPA’s Director of Analysis and Support says “I have never seen a set of epidemiological studies that remotely approached the weight of evidence that we’re seeing with EMFs.”

 

Concern over EMFs exploded after Paul Brodeur wrote a series of articles in the New Yorker Magazine in June 1989. Because of Paul Brodeur’s reputation, his articles had a catalytic effect on scientists, reporters and concerned people throughout the world. In November 1989, the Department of Energy reported that “It has now become generally accepted that there are, indeed, biological effects due to field exposure.” The EMF issue gained more publicity in 1990 when alarming reports appeared in Time, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week and popular computer publications. ABC’s Ted Koppel and CBS’s Dan Rather both aired special segments on EMFs.
